When we talk about digital transformation in logistics, we are talking about transforming and automating human routine work through digital means. And digitalisation is the transformation of information from paper documents into electronic information that is processed. In Bulgaria, the process of digital transformation has just started and we cannot talk about cardinal processes in the organisation of work.
