The company has offices in Varna, Port Varna West and Bourgas and provides the full range of customs brokerage services, port and warehouse operations of dry cargo both in bulk and in containers. Terminal Operator LTD. has specialized six-axle truck- trailer combinations and offer domestic and international transport services of intermodal containers. The company is certified by Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance Integrated Management System for quality, health and safety and environment in compliance with ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007 international standards for the activities Customs Brokerage, Freight Forwarding, Domestic and International Transport, Port Agency – certificate №SOF0368370/С dated 13.02.2014. Since 13.03.2009 the company has been operating as a certified Authorized Economical Operator – Customs simplifications/ Security and Safety, Certificate №: BG AEOF 1039692190002. Terminal Operator LTD. holds a permanent Customs Broker License № 467-2/ 27.02.2009 as well as own bank guarantee for securing the payment of import duties under customs transit procedure in Bulgaria and EU that are vital for the provision of customs brokerage services. The company holds also a License for International Carriage of Goods № 0826.
